The reason can point at attendance already on the driver rota, or at documents that are in date from driver onboarding. It does not score driving style, and it does not watch the van.
Recognition is the scheme. Who left, by depot, is driver retention analytics. If you choose to pay something extra, that is a separate step on self-billing software. The price of the platform is on the pricing page.
