Get a driver legal to work
Collect the Home Office right-to-work documents before the first route. The driver can send them from a phone. You review the file.

Keep documents and vehicles in date
Store the driving licence copy and expiry, plus MOT and insurance dates. Record the DVSA walkaround. Zerity stores the licence record, the date it was checked and the expiry. Track every expiry date in one place.

Pay by self-billing
Run the operator pay records under HMRC self-billing rules. A live pay run does not switch over in a day.
