Delivery partners
Yodel courier software for delivery partners
For the partner who fields couriers. Not the driver app, and not a job advert.
Free for operators
Yodel courier software is admin for a delivery partner who employs or contracts drivers. People who want a round apply to Yodel or InPost. InPost acquired Yodel in April 2025. Zerity is not the driver app. It records who may drive, which documents expire, and what the operator paid.
Yodel now sits with InPost
The consumer brand moved. The operator file did not become the driver app.
InPost acquired Yodel in April 2025. Yodel's own help page says that from 17 July 2026 the Yodel by InPost brand sits under InPost. People who want a round still apply to the carrier.
Routing and scanning stay in the carrier app. Zerity keeps the workforce record: right to work, licence and insurance documents, phone onboarding for peak cover, and the pay run.
The partner file
What you keep before a courier works
- Right-to-work evidence, under the Home Office employer guide.
- Driving licence and insurance documents, with expiry dates. You confirm the licence. Zerity stores the licence record, the date it was checked and the expiry. Track every expiry date in one place.
- A separate file for each cover driver at peak, reviewed before they work. There is no fixed-minute promise.
- Self-billed pay, following HMRC self-billing arrangements. A live pay run does not switch over in a day.
Phone onboarding is described on driver onboarding.
