Who Sagax is
Sagax Global Consulting was formed in 2018 by Ian Hewitt, after more than 16 years in senior management and Head of Security, Risk, Audit and Compliance roles in retail and logistics, and 22 years of military service. The practice consults for warehousing and last-mile delivery companies.

Policies aligned to the contracts you already hold, maintained when those contracts change.
Employment status paperwork
A review of whether the documents match the status you have chosen. Sagax does not decide that status. You and your adviser do, using HMRC guidance.
Standard operating procedures
SOPs for the depot, with digital sign-off. An SOP does not, by itself, settle employment status.
Health, safety and security review
A review of site and people risks, including risk assessments. Day-to-day records stay in health and safety software for courier fleets.
Pre-audit preparation
A review before a client audit. The documents you will be asked to show should already be in the Zerity file.
