The licence row is the one to read twice. Verion's site says the platform talks to HMRC and the DVLA. Zerity does not. If your insurer or your carrier requires a share-code check, you still make that check. Zerity keeps the copy and the expiry. Who should stay with Verion
Stay with Verion if your requirement is a live DVLA and HMRC feed at no software fee, and you have confirmed with them that the feed returns what your insurer and your client expect. Also stay if you already rely on the Xero export and the phone onboarding time they publish, and finance has accepted a £0 software line after asking what, if anything, sits beside it.
Verion states there is no per-seat, per-driver, per-vehicle or per-contract fee for the operator, ever. Ask them whether payments, support or a contract term sit next to that £0.
Who should choose Zerity
Choose Zerity if you want a priced system of record across more than one network, with drivers tagged by depot for Amazon, DPD, Evri, DHL, Royal Mail and Yodel, and a dated Go-Live for the pay run.
