Vehicle inspection software
Vehicle inspections, recorded before every shift
Self-employed drivers complete vehicle inspections in the app before every shift, also called walkaround checks. Defects are logged against the vehicle, and operators see status across every site they run. Zerity is for UK operators running a self-employed or subcontracted workforce across one or more sites.

Questions
What are vehicle inspections in Zerity?
Drivers complete vehicle inspections in the app before a shift. You see a nil-defect result or the defect reported against the van.
Does Zerity file the record with the DVSA?
No. Zerity stores the walkaround the driver completes on their phone, and the defect against the van. It does not file that record with the DVSA.
Does it cover MOT, tax and insurance?
Yes. MOT, tax and insurance expiry dates sit on the van record alongside the inspection result.
What does it cost?
From £6 per active driver, across every site you run, on the same plan. The price is per active driver, not a fee per van.
Is this a workshop system?
No. Zerity is not a parts store, workshop job card or telematics product.
