What the demo covers
The walkthrough uses your depot count, your network and whether a pay run is already live. It is not a slide deck.
- Onboarding: the documents a new driver sends from the app.
- Document expiry: what is in date, and what lapses in the next 30 days.
- The rota: who is on which day. Not route planning.
- A self-billed pay run: rates, deductions and the Friday total.
Self-serve the same week when the fleet is small and you invite drivers yourself. Dated Go-Live for live pay Fridays when drivers, vans and a rate card have to move with a pay run that is already paying people.
Who should be on the call: the operations director, the compliance lead and finance. A security reviewer can read security questions before the demo and join only if a questionnaire needs a named answer.

Yes. The platform is self-serve at £6 per active driver per month. Self-serve the same week for a small fleet. The demo is for a dated Go-Live when you want drivers, vans and a rate card imported.
No. A live pay run does not switch over in a day. We do not promise a next-day switch for a live pay run. We agree the Friday the first pay run goes live.
