DX delivery partner software for UK subcontractors
DX delivery partner software is the driver file for UK DX Freight subcontractors, including 7.5 tonne routes. DX recruits on its careers site. Zerity is not DX. Zerity stores the licence record and expiry; checking remains the operator's legal duty. Keep C1, Driver CPC, tachograph and right-to-work evidence on each driver.

Who this page is for
DX Freight is a UK parcel and freight carrier. Its published 7.5 tonne driver roles ask for category C1 or above, a valid Driver CPC (shown on DX careers posts as a DQC) and a digital tachograph card. Some home-delivery work uses a second person on the vehicle. This page is for the subcontractor firm, not for someone applying to DX.
Zerity stores the licence record, the date it was checked and the expiry; checking remains the operator's legal duty. It does not recruit routes. Both people on a two-person crew have their own driver record. The vehicle has its own insurance and inspection dates.
DX publishes the 7.5 tonne requirements on its careers site. Licence categories are on GOV.UK, and Driver CPC is a separate card you renew yourself.
Duties you still hold
Records the operator keeps
Zerity stores the licence record and the right to work record, the date each was checked and the expiry; checking remains the operator's legal duty. Zerity does not call HMRC. You do the check. The file shows the copy and the date.
- Category C1 (or higher) entitlement on the licence copy. Licence categories are set out on GOV.UK.
- Driver CPC card expiry. You still renew the card. Driver CPC training is described on GOV.UK.
- Digital tachograph card expiry for in-scope vehicles.
- Home Office right-to-work evidence, vehicle insurance, and the walkaround record.
Follow the Home Office right to work check on GOV.UK. Where the vehicle is in scope, the daily check sits in DVSA's Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness. Self-billed pay uses an HMRC self-billing agreement when you self-bill. Zerity stores the pay run. It does not file the return.
What Zerity stores
The driver file and the pay run
Zerity stores those copies, the expiry dates, the depot tag and the pay run. The price is from £6 per active driver per month. A live pay run does not switch over in a day.
Start with driver onboarding for the pack a new driver completes, and courier self-billing software for the pay run.
